Carl leads Kaeding Development Group as a second-generation steward of the business his father, Myron, founded in 1974. His deep knowledge of construction and development has guided the company through a period of rapid growth while keeping it grounded in its founding values. His mix of seasoned expertise and new thinking continues to shape the group's work in urban development.
Partner & VP of Development
Since joining the team in 2012, Brody has been central to the company's success. He leads development logistics and has brought 10 properties from early concept to opening, solving the challenges each project brings along the way.

Chelsea sets the design direction across the portfolio. As a third-generation hotelier, she understands operations and ownership from the inside, and brings that to award-winning designs that pair elegance with how a building actually runs.

Lucas brings more than 25 years of experience across non-profits, contracting, start-ups and hospitality. He directs complex development ventures, balancing operational efficiency with financial results, and grounds the team in business administration, marketing and sales.
