We find opportunities in fast-growing Midwest neighborhoods short on housing, through new construction and redevelopment, working alongside local government, contractors and lenders.
Investment management
Multifamily, commercial and hospitality investments backed by detailed pre-project analysis. Through Auor Capital we open those opportunities to investors at every income level.
Construction
As both owner and project manager, we hold every build to our own standard for budget, schedule and workmanship, drawing on more than a century of in-house construction experience.
